Pastrami & Wasabi Mayo
Make Wasabi mayo by whisking 1/2 cup mayo with 1 tsp wasabi paste. Keep wasabi mayo in fridge when not being used.
Spread wasabi mayo across a couple of CORN THINS slices. Layer on pastrami slices, then sprinkle with crushed nori (seaweed), if desired.
