Directions
Cook fingers in the oven, generally for 12 - 15mins at 230C/446F (or as your box of fish fingers directs). Once cooked set aside to cool.
Once fish fingers are at a nice temperature to eat, place some lettuce on each CORN THINS slice, then spread on some mayonnaise. Finally cut up a fish finger for each CORN THINS slice and place onto lettuce & mayonnaise. Enjoy.
