Directions
Grill haloumi in a pan until the haloumi is slightly browned. Once slightly cooled cut grilled haloumi into strips so that it can easily be place onto the CORN THINS slices. Layer haloumi & watermelon slices onto the CORN THINS slices, for a sweet & savoury sensation. Add some basil, or mint leaves if desired
