Ingredients

1 packet of Corn Thins slices

1 large peeled and boiled potato

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of onion powder

1 large peeled and boiled carrot

2 cups of unsweetened calcium fortified soy milk

1 teaspoon of salt

½ cup nutritional yeast

 

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency has been created.
  2. Serve into a bowl.
  3. Serve with Corn Thins slices.
  4. Enjoy!
